Super Easy Tasks creation and tracking

What do you like best? The User Interface, although a little slow to load, is super fast and easy to use. Everything is clickable and very easy to change on the same page. tasks can be setup and assigned in a few seconds. Every user gets a dashboard with My Tasks listed on it. What do you like best? Asana is great and the customization portion is wonderful. I subscribed to the 30 day FREE trial of the Premium service on 27th March 2019. I was forced to enter my card details. I have had this before with other trials whereby the payment is taken after 30 days OR you cancel. The money was taken immediately. I alerted Asana to this. Their response was to disable my Premium account and send me canned responses on how it was my fault and the money had been refunded. What do you like best? Asana is great for in-office productivity and checking off tasks. It's easy to use and review projects, and you can see how much your coworkers have to do before passing a project off onto them. What do you dislike? There isn't really anything I dislike!
