Great for organizing team projects

What do you like best? I like the ability to view / add to / comment on each team member's to-do lists. What do you dislike? Set up of a system that works for your team can be time consuming and confusing at first. Not all features are useful for everyone, so it can be a bit overwhelming to get started. Recommendations to others considering the product: Look past the features you may not need- if you don' need them, then don't use them. Don't disregard the product because of too ...

Good tool but seems complicated

What do you like best? It's good for managing projects, but I am not sure of its benefit over other collaborative tools What do you dislike? It's another tool! We use too many platforms around here. It's not clear why Asana is better than anything else. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mostly our marketing department uses this tool. I haven't used it frequently.

He is a perfect task manager.

What do you like best? It has a user interface and a nice-looking color scheme. You can manage the lists according to the type of tasks. Everything is saved in the cloud. What do you dislike? When you add a task with an expiration date and an expiration time, you do not receive an open bell or an emergent notification at the time of expiration and this is a little inefficient because you have to constantly check the email or Asana. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

Asana...if you're into that sorta thing.

What do you like best? Asana is great for a particular type of organizational mind. If you're that type, enjoy it to its fullest. What do you dislike? Asana looks and feels like an emotionless pit of soul crushing tasks that will haunt you until completed. The design team could have truly used more tactical empathy training. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use it to deliver tasks for your team if the tool fits your leadership style. What problems are you solving ...

Easy to use team project software

What do you like best? There are several things I like about this software. It is free and easy to use, which are the most important things. Adding tasks and assigning tasks to users is very intuitive. You are able to set due dates, assign task priorities, comment on tasks, attach files to tasks, etc. What do you dislike? My main dislike is the mobile interface. It's not particularly difficult to use, but it's not as seamless and user friendly as the desktop version. This is only a ...

The lowest-drag project management software I've ever used

What do you like best? Asana simplifies tracking and task assigning for all the teams I use it with. It's how I make sure my projects get done on time and its effective mobile app lets me do this even when I'm not at my laptop. What do you dislike? The UI can be a bit slow compared to organizing on paper, but the cloud storage and ease of assigning tasks to other people more than makes up for it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Go through the tutorials. They're ...

Simplifies Team-Based Work Management

What do you like best? All basic features from the Free Plan is already enough for my work and business needs. I've used so many project management softwares already and I can say that Asana has everything I need. You can either make a list type project or a board type project. Most of the time our company uses list type projects. You can divide each project by sections and you can also add milestones for each section. You can assign tasks, set due dates and set recurring tasks. In the ...
