  • Team collaboration features include comments, file attachments, and real-time updates.

  • Customizable workflows, task prioritization, and board/list views accommodate varying user needs.

Easy to use with tight integrations

What do you like best? Asana's integration with my time management tool works fantastically and seamlessly. I never even think about the process, because it just works. What do you dislike? I wish they supported mobile on the web client, but that's about it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use Asana to receive tasks from my PM and keep track of my estimated and actual hours working on a project. Not having to worry about time ...

Too many changes

What do you like best? I like that they have many ways to help you organize your tasks and projects. Also, I liked that i could share the lists with other colleagues. What do you dislike? It's too different from a simple system. I also didn't like that it encourages lots of organizing. I like to write all of my to dos in one place, and this system made me feel like I needed 5-6 to-do lists, which was overwhelming. Also, the cost. Too much money when you can do most of the same ...

Great platform to arrange meetings and share files and agendas

What do you like best? The whole integration is really great. The tasks can be assigned to each individual. Meetings can be scheduled. We can view upcoming meetings on the calendar. We can see the assigned tasks and change their assignment as well, mark them complete or partially complete. It is very good place to keep everything together at one place. For eg if there is an overlapping teams or projects, its a great place to keep them separately without any conflict. What do you dislike? ...

Makes my day easier

What do you like best? The tasking sharing and time stamped deadline feature What do you dislike? The like button feature after a task is completed or on a comment seems unnecessary to workflow and productivity. Recommendations to others considering the product: There should be one task for your main objective. With that task subtask projects of the objective and then within that project should be tasks for employees. This will provide cleaner tracker. What problems are you ...
