Useful but not exceptional

What do you like best? I enjoy the ability to assign tasks with dates to my team , and to track the progress of a project. The interface is quite fun and it is nice to be rewarded with some animation when completing a task. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ability to not only manage tasks but also contain threads of conversations to tasks. What do you dislike? The UI for subtask details can be hidden.
