Asana has one of the rudest and ignorant customer service departments I have ever worked with. I have a small business that uses to use Asana. Somehow as the creator of the account I was removed from my own team. I reached out to support and they basically told me to deal with it on my own. after about 10 new support requests with no answers, I am still locked out of my own account. Their support is rude and ignorant. Specifically Benjamin (Asana Support)

Very effective project management tool

What do you like best? I love the project management abilities I have with this app. What do you dislike? the timer extension updates which makes it fussy What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Asana has made our work flow much more efficient and effective. Our project management is very well organized now

What do you like best? I like the level of organization this software gives to the company. What do you dislike? The only thing that I find bothersome is that sometimes the refresh rate is slow when adding new tasks. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
