Asana pros and cons
Simple interface supports easy adoption for personal and professional use.
Task and project management includes timelines, recurring tasks, subtasks, and milestones for structured workflows.
Team collaboration features include comments, file attachments, and real-time updates.
Customizable workflows, task prioritization, and board/list views accommodate varying user needs.
Steep learning curve for new users due to the richness of features and complex implementation for larger organizations.
Advanced features (e.g., custom fields, timeline views, and detailed reporting) are locked behind premium pricing, making it expensive for smaller organizations.

Amazing tool for project management and keeping organized!
What do you like best? I love the layout and style of Asana. It makes me feel like I have everything in one place and easily accessible. I also love that when you complete a task, sometimes a narwhal or unicorn flies past - makes it a rewarding process to finish your tasks. What do you dislike? I don't like that you can't delete multiple tasks at once. It clogs up the task boards and is very tedious to delete one by one and takes up more time when you could be using that time to be ...

Great Project Management Tool to use across teams
What do you like best? I enjoy the ease and intuitiveness of Asana. I also love that it can be integrated in other tools I use such as Slack and Google Suite. Through Asana I am able to ensure that I and my team stay on task through this integration. Asana allows us to stay on task and understand the components of our project and how each of our tasks fits into the overall goal. I like that I am able to see the progression of each task in addition to the overall goal to ensure we stay on ...

The worst service I have ever used
The worst service I have ever used. Customer support doesn't help and answering once per day. They really don't care about any problems you have.Don't connect any credit card to their platform, as they are changing the plans you subscribed to by themselves and then charging you 3-5-10 times more. Next time you decided to use the service - make sure to take a photo of how their sales representative promise you different features and pricing plans and then scam you on the way without any ...

Non existent customer support
Non existent customer support. Even if their product fits the bill for what you need, there is absolutely zero customer support. Before purchasing try to see if you can find a phone number (sales or support), an email address or live chat - this will tell you what you need to know. We are a customer and cannot get support!

They have entirely erased my account TWICE now for no reason. I will not be using a company so irresponsible with my data.

Customer service not fit for purpose and doesn't care
I've been using Asana for years now and recently decided to try and upgrade to Premium. Its been complicated by all manner of taxonomy issues with workspaces vs organisations and so I had to get customer support involved. But as I see from other reviews here that journey is useless. I've been waiting a week for a response now and my only way of keeping communication going is through their sales team, who seem happy enough to respond to an email once every 24hrs. A platform like this, if ...

Just OK for tasks but horrible support for small businesses
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It provides task management like many other services. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Asana support is horrible and they have very poor processes in place for companies that make changes to G-suite so you can get stuck for days without any help from them. What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product? They should add better customer support that promptly resolves customer ...

Genuinely one of the worst customer…
Genuinely one of the worst customer services ever. The platform is usable, however rather expensive. But try to get in contact with customer service and be prepared to be treated as a nuisance. There is no phone support, and getting a reply to a ticket takes days (despite being a paying customer). The internal processes seem to be entirely out of place, as one department tells you to contact sales, whereas sales tells you to contact support, etc. Extremely frustrating.
