Asana pros and cons
Simple interface supports easy adoption for personal and professional use.
Task and project management includes timelines, recurring tasks, subtasks, and milestones for structured workflows.
Team collaboration features include comments, file attachments, and real-time updates.
Customizable workflows, task prioritization, and board/list views accommodate varying user needs.
Steep learning curve for new users due to the richness of features and complex implementation for larger organizations.
Advanced features (e.g., custom fields, timeline views, and detailed reporting) are locked behind premium pricing, making it expensive for smaller organizations.

Project management at its finest.
What do you like best? Asana is easy to use for a first time user, and the UI is generally easily understood. What do you dislike? It is difficult to move task from one project to another and keep the options. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have all of our marketing projects within Asana and use it on a daily basis to keep track of our current priorities.

Continues to improve
What do you like best? I'm an executive assistant and manage projects for my C-Suite executives. I work across departments and teams to manage the projects so having a central location for everything is so valuable. I can tell people to upload documents to the projects or to post their comments on the project. It allows my execs to see what is happening in real-time and cuts down on the need for extra meetings to catch them up on progress. I have been using Asana since 2013 and have ...

Keeping my projects track
What do you like best? I like how user friendly Asana is. You can plan activities, pieces, specific tasks, even sub-sub-tasks, quickly. You may delegate specific tasks, add deadlines, render the assignment contingent on certain activities being carried out anyway, and far more. The movements to complete a mission, too, are really rewarding. We enjoy how simple it is to upload requests too. One parent could really fill out forms, and then Asana will automatically create an assignment as ...

Seamless Integrations with solutions for every project
What do you like best? Clean UI with functional workflows straight out the box. Unlike other software giants such as JIRA which feels like you need a month of setup before you even create a ticket. Asana is easily adopted with new members of the team but also is easy to configure based on various factors, team, resources, project type etc. Timeline view is a great tool to use at stand-ups so the team can really get to grips about what is due - also deadlines approaching. So they are ...
