Share files and manage projects

What do you like best? Sharing information is a vital part of our jobs. In this globalized and virtualized world, working on the same project with colleagues who are physically far from our workplace is becoming an everyday thing. Asana not only allows me to share files, but to access and work on the same information at the same time. It is a friendly tool that facilitates work without requiring much training or technological knowledge. They allow the entire work team to have ...

Asana is beautiful and practical.

What do you like best? The UI is far much cleaner and refined than other competitors like Trello and Monday.com. Their minimalist design helps me focus on my work and see my progress easily without being overwhelmed by too much chunky look. What do you dislike? I don’t like that the free basic account offers only a few features. It’s frustrating for people like me that have a small team and especially for when people what to use the app for personal use. Recommendations to ...

Good communication thread and better coordination between my colleagues

What do you like best? I like Asana because it offers something that other collaboration tools don't have: • Asana is visually simple and intuitive. Its task management interface uses kanban style cards to visually organize tasks, states and deadlines. • Asana integrates with your files and applications for continuous collaboration. You can attach different files in the tasks, from images to audios. (Best of all, this is archived in Asana) • Allows creation and exchange of ...

The best tool to coordinate your projects!

What do you like best? Since we started using Asana, it was much easier to organize all the projects, creating tasks and assigning them to the team members who had to carry them out. But not only that, but Asana also allows you to create sub-tasks or To-Do lists to complete each assignment, which makes the job easier. Likewise, Asana also allows me to prioritize the different tasks to know which ones I should do first, efficiently, and quickly. Its interface is also excellent, ...

Colorful, engaging, and makes completing tasks fun!

What do you like best? I LOVE the colorful view of my calendar. I can easily sort my tasks by "project" (which I use as categories because my role spans multiple departments). I can update the status of each project and share my status with my supervisor. I can also share files here and request others to complete tasks as part of a larger project. The timeline view is great when I want to see how far along I am in multiple tasks. Finally, the cutest thing happens when I complete a ...

SIMPLIFIES COLLABORATIVE WORK AND MONITORING

What do you like best? Collaborative work and transparency, the whole team can see where you work, your progress and when you finish a task. It helps a lot to set dates, and deadlines for a project. The labels in the tasks have proven to be very useful, in the case of a team that we manage a scrum board with many tasks at the team level. What do you dislike? I don't like that meetings cannot be generated from Asana, to save meetings or meeting notes in the same project. It ...

Asana makes cooperation easy

What do you like best? The interface is incredibly easy to understand, yet offers a depth of features. I often work with customers in Asana for whom it's the first time using it (or any project management tool for that manner), however they pick it up in minutes. What do you dislike? There's nothing I really dislike about Asana. I would like some more integrations with others products I use, but really that's nitpicking. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...
