Asana pros and cons

  • Simple interface supports easy adoption for personal and professional use.

  • Task and project management includes timelines, recurring tasks, subtasks, and milestones for structured workflows.

  • Team collaboration features include comments, file attachments, and real-time updates.

  • Customizable workflows, task prioritization, and board/list views accommodate varying user needs.

Excellent task-management application!

What do you like best? The organization feature of adding and naming columns to be represented as status update categories for tasks and being able to see who is assigned to what tasks. What do you dislike? Nothing comes to mind as I have no issues with it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm able to keep track of the assigned tasks that I have. Some benefits are being able to add notes to the Asana cards for future reference ...

Deliver data in real time

What do you like best? I am fascinated by this project management tool since it stands out for its various functionalities in communication between users: chats, calls and video calls in its mobile version, although it also has a desktop version. In the management it uses Gantt charts that make the work very visual and combine tasks, files and comments. It has a very comfortable pricing plan. What do you dislike? Fortunately I like its functions, I have obtained good results ...

Asana is the best communication tool for work colleagues and friends

What do you like best? We love the ease with which we can communicate with our colleagues and clients and the informal web format that it has encourages us to communicate instead of discouraging it like other software does. It is quite useful to use with multiple remote computers. I use it daily to differentiate between two different employees and have been able to convince more people to start using Asana with its use. What do you dislike? The big limit is the sharing of images ...

My Asana review

What do you like best? I like the fact that we have Asana as an alternative to Atlassian JIRA in managing project tasks. We can successfully use Asana for free and organize different categories of tasks, assign them, solve them, build teams by inviting members, assign priorities, make backlog and milestone sections - to wrap it up, Asana allows us to manage all or almost all categories of tasks needed in a project - at least for startup projects, and all of it for free! Asana also ...

Place, where you can follow your projects.

What do you like best? The control board is a good way to assess all of your tasks and projects. Asana allows you to open and discuss all photos in the project of yours in one spot, simplifying the workflow of yours. I like it enables me to open one task at a time, so I could concentrate on it until I complete the task with no distractions. What do you dislike? It will be great to have the ability to further customise the control board to provide you precisely with what you always ...

Best Free Task Software Available

What do you like best? - The learning curve was easy for all of my staff members. - Layout is awesome. Easy to separate everything by projects. - I can easily track the progress of my staff members. And know what else they are working on. What do you dislike? - The integration with the slack platform could be easier to navigate. - The app doesn't have all of the functionality the laptop version has. Recommendations to others considering the product: I don't think ...

My work assistant

What do you like best? From one off tasks to creating full packages of specific tasks, I love to have the ability to manage them the way I would like them. I also like the selection of reminders I could use anytime, as the reminders I get over the phone for certain jobs or maybe projects often give me an edge in the daily work of mine. What do you dislike? The capacity to comment on the process in both directions appears to be stronger. The manager of mine and I attempt to ...

High level task management overview for a company

What do you like best? Everything is in the same place. You can easily and quickly add members to tasks. You're able to create projects with specific tasks and even sub tasks of tasks. Tasks can appear on multiple projects. There's also permissions in place to lock tasks. What do you dislike? It's easy to get cluttered with overlapping tasks. These tasks need to be merged. A de-duplication tool would be nice. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...
