  • Team collaboration features include comments, file attachments, and real-time updates.

  • Customizable workflows, task prioritization, and board/list views accommodate varying user needs.

Asana: to work openly in a team

What do you like best? Asana is openly teamwork. By default, each team member can edit all information and content for projects and tasks. Asana offers relatively simple and easy-to-use apps for Android and iOS. The mobile application allows you to create and edit tasks, receive new personal messages, attach files and access your individual inbox. However, while the mobile app is useful, Asana is primarily optimized for a computer's browser. The integration of external tools is ...

Asana

What do you like best? Asana helped the team of ours to better communicate about tasks, show improvement, remain on task lists and control the workflow. With various aspects of work, we're in a position to manage the annual events of ours and distribute things so that every person understands what to be expected. What do you dislike? It's not easy to include extra tasks, it's not easy to modify the screen and date tracking. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

Great way to collab with teams, keep track of projects

What do you like best? I love how seamless and user-friendly Asana is for teams. You can quickly customise your Asana view to make it perfect for your needs - either as a team or as individuals. What do you dislike? For the most part, nothing falls under "dislike" but I would love to see a more robust content calendar template! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With Asana, our team has improved visibility into the status of ...

Great project management

What do you like best? Assignment of tasks with tracking is fantastic. The ability of notifications on updated tasks and comments. What do you dislike? Sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming, if the project or company is small it can feel like using a nuke to kill a fly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Capturing project requirements can be tough and setting firm deliverables from those requirements even tougher. Asana ...

Tasks and projects on one page

What do you like best? I love asanas since they allow me to include duties to more tasks, I love them since they allow me to monitor job tasks, I love them since they've the capability to transmit me reminders when jobs have to be completed, as well as having daily or maybe weekly summaries, I love it since it enables me to connect files/URLs to projects, making it easier to observe them, I love it since they don't work with various other integrated daily resources. What do you ...

Asana I thought was a reputed PM…

Asana I thought was a reputed PM software company. I had an unpaid subscription with them for a short time in 2018 and hardly used it for 1 or 2 weeks, inadvertently I had subscribed to paid version & since this was billed annually, I did not know about it until the end of 2019. I was shocked to receive an invoice of over £300 for a subscription that was not used. I got back to them in January to request a refund & cancel the billing. I had talked to about ten representatives, message chats ...

Robust tool for keeping projects, collaborations and tasks organized

What do you like best? I love how customizable Asana is - option to view in Kanban board or lists, drag and drop tasks, subtasks, integrations, easy project updates, etc. Great templates to make a new project plan help reduce the inherent inertia for getting people to use the tool. Excellent messaging feature also - and the free version is more robust than many other tools out there. What do you dislike? It is so robust, sometimes it can be overwhelming and can be a project in ...

Follow-up of the team's work.

What do you like best? I like Asana because I can observe who is working and fulfilling their obligations. The monitoring is exceptional to maintain a proper workflow. The excellent support is very important to me because if I have a question they will fix it immediately. What do you dislike? It has many icons to link projects together, they are very colorful but I would love the icons to be more personalized. Recommendations to others considering the product: I ...

This company has non existent customer…

This company has non existent customer service should you upgrade & pay for their services. They say they do in title only; when it is email only, it takes 1 week for any response, they address only 1 concern at at time if a few questions are in an email, if you have any payment dispute (such as double drafting monthly cost in my case), there is no complete correction monetarily. There is no review of correcting errors in new onboarding set up if you request help. I could go on with all the ...
