Asana pros and cons
Simple interface supports easy adoption for personal and professional use.
Task and project management includes timelines, recurring tasks, subtasks, and milestones for structured workflows.
Team collaboration features include comments, file attachments, and real-time updates.
Customizable workflows, task prioritization, and board/list views accommodate varying user needs.
Steep learning curve for new users due to the richness of features and complex implementation for larger organizations.
Advanced features (e.g., custom fields, timeline views, and detailed reporting) are locked behind premium pricing, making it expensive for smaller organizations.

Projects under control
What do you like best? Asana is really convenient to work with. When you begin using it, you are able to get it done instantly, because of its clean and simple design. Although Asana concentrates primarily on job management, integration causes it to be an effective company platform. I have actually used it with all the members of the team also it's a clean and exciting design which causes you to wish to go back again and also do a single job at the same time. What do you dislike? ...

Productivity management platform
What do you like best? Our company established all marketing project management on a single platform in the last quarter, and the system chosen was Asana. As a team effort helper, I hesitated to rely on another task monitoring platform to track my team's tasks. Gradually, however, I started to like it even more. What do you dislike? I wish we had really discovered the power of custom fields a little earlier, today that we have discovered, it is an extremely powerful method for ...

Task manager that enables you everything!
What do you like best? I love to have the ability to choose, label, prioritize, designate and connect documents to tasks, develop complex lists etc. to manage much more complex projects with the staff of mine. This is particularly helpful when everyone functions remotely! It helps you to free the brain of yours from difficulty, processing, dreaming and talking rather than attempting to keep meetings and procedures and design details together. The staff of yours is going to communicate ...

The organizational tool that changed my life
What do you like best? "My favorite task manager and the one I currently use is Asana. Asana is one of the task managers that best knows how to take care of the user experience with a sublime interface. Because of how the app is built, it makes it easy to add and complete tasks Although perhaps what I like most about this app is that it manages not to overwhelm or create chaos due to many tasks. Asana allows me to create different projects, with the aim of ensuring that all the ...

Asana for Creative Workflow
What do you like best? I love the calendar view as a visual representation of my and my teams workload. What do you dislike? I don’t care for marking off my tasks within a project, only for them to disappear. If I wanted to reference something I’ve done I’d need to search through the timeline. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? How to manage a creative digital marketing team that needs to constantly shift due to market. The ...

Asana is more than just assigning task in boards
What do you like best? I have been using asana for almost 6 months and I must say that it is the best tool available online, for not just listing and assigning tasks but to have a bird's-eye view of the complete project. I m more comfortable with checklists view. I like the feeling of completing the task rather then visually moving the card into different board. Also the UI is really good :) What do you dislike? 1. Price - It is a very good tool for a small team. You don't ...
