Asana pros and cons
Simple interface supports easy adoption for personal and professional use.
Task and project management includes timelines, recurring tasks, subtasks, and milestones for structured workflows.
Team collaboration features include comments, file attachments, and real-time updates.
Customizable workflows, task prioritization, and board/list views accommodate varying user needs.
Steep learning curve for new users due to the richness of features and complex implementation for larger organizations.
Advanced features (e.g., custom fields, timeline views, and detailed reporting) are locked behind premium pricing, making it expensive for smaller organizations.

Very effective product and easy to use
What do you like best? Asana will help me and the team of ours to manage everything. We use them as case lists, scripts etc. The very best thing for us is you've sub-tasks and tasks and that you are able to designate various persons/teams to them. Everybody can be to blame for the tasks they wish to use. We also love Asana's timeline a lot. It is great that managers understand what work has to be completed in a certain timeframe. What do you dislike? I cannot say there is ...

An awesome collaboration tasks management system for small teams.
What do you like best? Online interface having drag and drop facility. Predefined states and workflow makes it so much easier and robust. What do you dislike? It cannot be scaled for larger teams when it comes to collaboration. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Task management was never so easy. Online interface makes it easier to access it from anywhere, anytime. Notifications makes communication much more easier and robust.

Offers great flexibility for building out projects
What do you like best? My favorite part about Asana is the flexibility in the interface. I've used Trello and Basecamp in the past, and I love that Asana takes elements of those two project management applications and combines them for the ultimate flexibility for users. Sometimes I prefer seeing my project as a board/in tiles, so I can drag tasks that are done across the screen. Other times, when the project has fewer steps or involves less people, I like that a project can be viewed ...
