Asana pros and cons
Simple interface supports easy adoption for personal and professional use.
Task and project management includes timelines, recurring tasks, subtasks, and milestones for structured workflows.
Team collaboration features include comments, file attachments, and real-time updates.
Customizable workflows, task prioritization, and board/list views accommodate varying user needs.
Steep learning curve for new users due to the richness of features and complex implementation for larger organizations.
Advanced features (e.g., custom fields, timeline views, and detailed reporting) are locked behind premium pricing, making it expensive for smaller organizations.

Poor app that comes with spam
They absolutely spam you with garbage email, nonstop. Every time I log in, as well as trying to sell me other garbage almost every day. Frequent problems with logging in and often had to content customer support because I was logged out.The actual app runs really slow and is a bit buggy. It's kind of just a cheap knockoff of Trello, but poorly made.

Good tool, very bad sales and service.
I think asana is an excellent team-level PPM tool.HOWEVER, their sales and service are really bad. I have been trying to get an enterprise sales lead to respond to me through multiple channels. But they are silent. If sales is not responsive, then you have to worry about the rest of the company.

I tried this program a few times and could never get it to work as a solid project management system. For some reason I recall it used to be by Google but do not see this connection today. The company looks more professional but still I find youtrack to be the best if you have a serious project to work on.

Makes task management easy
What do you like best? Using asana enables us to produce several individual projects. I like the point that we are able to assign various duties to the team members of ours and also ensure that the emails plus job they get are associated with the profile of theirs. This's one way to develop duty for our very own jobs. E-mail alerts are furthermore a great idea, and also it is all in this amazing tool that will keep everything going and going. What do you dislike? Because we ...
