What do you like best? I love that the administrator can allow different users access to the same files. It makes it really easy to create maps instead of having to look for files on your computer. ArcGIS online - Great resource for students

What do you like best? I can show my students maps in real time rather than in a textbook. They can also create their own maps. This increases engagement in class. What do you dislike? ArcGis is excellent, I really do not have anything I dislike besides logins for students being a bit cumbersome. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My students are instantly more engaged and are more productive spatially. They want to discover all that maps can do.

Very useful only for professionals

What do you like best? It incorporates a large number of tools to analyze data, you can process bitmap files, radar files and other formats. What do you dislike? Online, Light GIS Platform for the Entry-Level GIS Analyst

What do you like best? The ArcGIS Online platform is incredibly easy to pick up and play with. This is coming from someone with little to no formal GIS experience. I was able to load in layers from the organization and get down to some simple analyses and geospatial information right out of the gate. This is such a great advancement for the average user.
