What do you like best about ARC Facilities? Time-saving, user friendly and the representatives are always able to help. What do you dislike about ARC Facilities? The desktop is quite different then the app. What problems is ARC Facilities solving and how is that benefiting you? Not having to find the floor plans and being able to access update plans with a click.

The most helpful to someone new to the health system is that I can look at the building drawing, locate emergency equipment, and click on links to take me to where I need to go. What do you like best about ARC Facilities? Now I have all of my essential prints and documents at the touch of my fingers. No more long hikes across the hospital to find a simple valve tag I.D or valve location. Just log in from my tablet if I am out in the field or from my desktop if I am in the office. What do you like best about ARC Facilities? It's a tie between being able to search/find plans quickly and being able to pin items around the building.
