What do you like best about ARC Facilities? We can attach our submittals to the equipment. What do you dislike about ARC Facilities? 1. No document management for our PM's 2. Make it easier to search within the program, not just the home screen. What problems is ARC Facilities solving and how is that benefiting you? Our building has a lot of equipment, valves, and devices, making it easier to find them. Hope someday we can also use our PM systems in ARC

What do you like best about ARC Facilities? The Ability to see the equipment within the Map What do you dislike about ARC Facilities? The multiple steps needed to find what you are looking for. The process should be less cumbersome. What problems is ARC Facilities solving and how is that benefiting you? Not much of a benefit. As I have said before, it enables us to find the location of the equipment. It could be broken down better.

After a pin is created and dropped on the map, I can't seem to be able to move it afterward. This was a feature, and perhaps it was taken away in one of the updates. What do you like best about ARC Facilities? ARC Facilities helps us keep all of our floor plans and building information in one place. It allows us to access this info from our cell phone or ipad. What do you dislike about ARC Facilities? There are honestly no downsides to ARC Facilities. This software has saved us hours locating building info when needed to provide to our vendors. What do you like best about ARC Facilities? Ability to track and locate assets quickly What do you dislike about ARC Facilities? Have yet to encounter any downsides of the platform at this time. What do you like best about ARC Facilities? I am a secretary to the Facilities Services Director for our school district. I mostly use the ARC Facilities platform to add users and administrators, uploading O&M's and warranties after substantial completion.
