Impressive and Engaging Solution

Great tool to help users
What do you like best? It’s really easy to use. The on-screen help is there if a user needs it, but it doesn’t get in the way if someone doesn’t need it. What do you dislike? We use Apty with one of our own internal application. Our internal app only runs on IE. Apty supports it for now, but I’m worried about that changing with future releases. Great tool with excellent support
What do you like best? The Apty team is awesome and really responsive. They’ve been a huge help during our implementation. What do you dislike? I haven’t found anything yet, but we’ve only been live a couple of months. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Apty helps our agents process tickets more quickly. The workflows enable users to move through all the steps quickly.

Amazing
What do you like best? I like how Apty shows what steps to take inside Salesforce. I don’t think I could have made the switch to Lightning without it. What do you dislike? I can’t think of anything. I haven’t had any issues. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Apty helped us change from Salesforce classic to the “lightning experience.” I think we would have need a lot more training if we didn’t have Apty.

Training isn’t hard anymore

Best On-screen Guidance Solution
What do you like best? Apty has one of the most cordial teams. They were guiding us throughout the trial and testing phase as a result we were able to check the compatibility of Apty across all applications. We like the way their in-app walkthroughs worked to show people how to use the program. What do you dislike?
