Changed the way we interact with Salesforce
What do you like best? Apty shows me exactly what to do inside Salesforce, and I love it. It makes the new new Lightning version so much better. What do you dislike? Nothing. It has been working great for me What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our company rolled out Apty as a part of our changeover to Salesforce lightning. It made the change much easier. We got up to speed on the new layout much faster this way.

What do you like best? It can be implemented almost immediately and starts providing results. What do you dislike? Get more features out sooner! The roadmap looks great but we need them soon What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The way you create content in Apty is much simpler than in other tools. You don’t have to know how to code or anything. You could train almost anyone to do it. What do you dislike? I didn’t like that it didn’t come with any pre-done workflows for Oracle, but I reached out to their support team and they helped us build some. User-friendly guidance for Clarity PPM
What do you like best? It’s hard to navigate Clarity. Apty makes it easy – especially for new users. What do you dislike? No issues with it so far. Their support has been amazing. Onboarding tool
What do you like best? I love the way Apty onboards new users to our software. They have a checklist and it shows users what to do step by step. What do you dislike? I can’t really think of anything. It works like it’s supposed to. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Apty for on-screen guidance with our HCM solution. It’s made it a lot easier for users. We’re thinking of using it with other applications now too.
