Was a difficult transition/learning curve, but things are better now.

What do you like best? Downloading and completing hours worked each pay period has been made easier overall. What do you dislike? The Reporting feature could be simplified. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No longer maintaining two systems.

APS was just what we were looking for

What do you like best? I love how we are able to input our workers mileage, along with hours worked. We drive to clients homes all the time. This was a key thing that was missing from every other payroll platform out there. We searched high and low and APS was the only one to offer this ability. In addition, the on boarding was fantastic. What do you like best? How easy it to use. the quick guides also very useful. What do you dislike? The limited customer service hours that the company has. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? APS has made our payroll process very east and quick. We now have more time to spend on additional tasks and projects.

Seamless Software, Always Helpful Customer Service

What do you like best? APS has created an easy to use software for processing payroll in all it's forms and has readily adapted to new reporting and taxation requirements due to COVID-19. What do you dislike? An easy upload process does not exist (that I know of) to save time on double entry of payroll data from our system into the APS online module. best bang for buck that I could find

What do you like best? APS has great customer service, real people working with real people. Doesn't feel saccharine. What do you dislike? Some features still in development, haven't been a customer long enough to know if these items get checked off. Recommendations to others considering the product: APS seems to fly just under the radar. I think APS makes the most sense for small companies, but I haven't had manage data for more that 50 people. What do you like best? The weekly meeting. Good follow-up on questions. What do you dislike? Nothing, so far We are not doing payroll with it yet. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give them a chance. They are very thorough. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Adherence to a pay schedule. We're not really far enough along to know what benefits we'll realize.

Long time customer. Never looked anywhere else

What do you like best? I pay only $25.50 per month for a one employee company. APS is very easy to use and they've handled everything perfectly for me for over 10 years. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The system is very intuitive and easy to use. We are still in the implementation phase, so to be fair, we haven't been through an actual payroll cycle yet. What do you dislike? Easy to use and great customer service

What do you like best? The customer service is awesome and they consistently respond to inquiries timely. In addition, there are several on-line tutorials. I like that it's cloud based. What do you dislike? The only thing that I don't like is having three fields to populate when I log in. User name and PW are fine, but also have to enter Company Code.
