Great Payroll and HR platform as well as outstanding customer service!!!
What do you like best? It is hard to name what I like the best as I LOVE it ALL!!!! I am able to input quick viewing notes under each employee. I am able to link our employees' time clocks and make necessary adjustments. I am given a notice when someone failed to clock in or out for immediate remedy. Ease of input, training and assistance with conversion
What do you like best? The platform is straightforward and intuitive. Some platforms have lot of "pretty screens" but are more difficult to navigate. What do you dislike? The mobile service is hard to find on the app store, due to it being called eservice, rather than APS. Does require more thought for set up and setting up the Administrator screens.
