Great customer service
What do you like best? I love their customer service. They are fast in answering my questions. What do you dislike? I would like to be able to customize our dashboard myself, or to add certain fields and functions. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to use!
What do you like best? Every time you call APS there is an actual person on the other line there to help you. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly! The resource videos is a great tool and is easy to get to when needing some help. What do you dislike? I would like to see an actual app for mobile clock in. Great software for payroll, very userfriendly
What do you like best? The software is very straightforward and easy to use. Reports are organized and the features that allow you to conduct performance reviews as well is great. We are converting everything over from paper to digital for all HR needs and without this software would be a lot harder. Easy to Use and Amazing Customer Support!
What do you like best? Their customer support is the best! I love that we have a dedicated team of specialist that I can see online before I even submit a ticket. I usually get the same person, Kay, every time and she is very quick and responsive in helping solve any issues or questions I have. Coming from ADP where we had to wait sometimes an hour or longer to speak to a live person, being able to speak to someone in 5 minutes is AMAZING! What do you dislike? The ONLY thing I ...

Easy to use payroll
What do you like best? I had no payroll experience and I was able to learn quickly and whatever I don't know (which is a lot) the help line is available and willing to help. What do you dislike? I feel like I bother the helpline at times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The things we need to track, like vacation, sick, deductions are very easy.

Happy with our switch to APS
What do you like best? We switched to APS in the fall of 2018, and it has been great. Ease of use and reports are what I like best. What do you dislike? The custom fields are difficult to navigate, and be sure you have what you need. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reports are easier, and those Tax documents are sure the easiest ever now.

What do you like best? The most helpful thing about APS Payroll is being able to review the entire batch report before submitting. It gives you a snapshot of what everyone paycheck will look like and make it easy to identify the issues before sending it out. What do you dislike? One thing we would like APS to add is multiple pay grades in one paycheck. They did have a round about way to do it but it would be nice if we could be able to show x amount of hours per each pay grade. ...

Overall Very Good System
What do you like best? APS is very user friendly and has great customer service. What do you dislike? It gets frustrating to go between screens for everything. Employee records are kept on a seperate interface from timecards and I often need to go back and forth between the two. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The time keeping solutions are simple and easy to teach employees.
