What do you like best? I like that there is always someone to talk to if you have any questions. What do you dislike? There is hardly anything that I dislike about the software as of this point in time. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give a chance. I have been extremely pleased with the payroll service and the support team for 5 years now.
What do you like best? APS Payroll removes the worry and stress about accuracy and reporting. If I have a question, or need a change done, the team is most helpful. Payroll can be daunting at times, especially year end, but with APS, I know we can get it done. What do you dislike? I manage APS, specifically payroll, PTO, and several other functions in APS for a staff of 20.
What do you like best? User-friendly is what I like best. I am not experienced in payroll yet generating a payroll batch is very easy. What do you dislike? A little more flexibility. We work 6 hours on Fridays but paid like a full day. It would be nice if the system could calculate 8 even though employees clock in for 6 hours. What do you like best? The staff is very friendly and helpful and returns my calls promptly. What do you dislike? Probably that you do not have an extended call line.
