What do you like best? The quick service and responsiveness for a first time user of APS have been really helpful. APS allows me to quickly navigate all of the HR and Payroll responsibilities I have, so that I can focus on Leading people. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It is easy to key in time for employees and I also like the remote printing. We no longer have to wait on the mail to deliver our checks. What do you dislike? Nothing. What do you like best? Individual portals for employees to obtain all payroll related documents. What do you dislike? In the event that an employee has a pay raise, there is no field to provide an effective date for that raise. There is a work-around, but ultimately a bit convoluted. What do you like best? APS is a reliable payroll solution for our company. The portal for our company was easily set up and is easily maintained. If there are any issues, most support requests are answered with any 24 hours. What do you dislike? Currently, there is no downside for using APS for us. APS provides solid service at a reasonable price

What do you like best? In general we have very few issues with payroll and APS provides solid consistent service. Customer service response is generally very good. What do you dislike? At times, proactive communication has been lacking and has caused some issues with payroll processing recently. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are working to collect all payroll hours electronically with APS's clock system.

What do you like best? I like the report builder feature it is very helpful for me to go back and retrieve reports that I need on a monthly basis. The employee portal is also great. My employee's love it and it keeps them from coming in and asking questions constantly. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like how easy it is to manually add time to our employees. Creating payroll weekly is very simple to do as well. What do you dislike? There's really nothing I dislike about APS. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I really like how APS takes care of the employee taxes.
