Easy Setup Excellent Service

What do you like best? Once initial setup was completed by an experienced and knowledgeable person, then payroll processing is a few clicks and I'm done. Pressure off me. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME.

What do you like best? I have used APS since July of 2018 and have had very few issues. The software is user friendly. Easy to get around in the system and has all the aspects I need in an HR/Payroll System. What I like best is the Customer Service. What do you like best? The quick service and responsiveness for a first time user of APS have been really helpful. What do you like best? APS is very quick to respond and help find solutions, even if it's a silly process I can't remember how to do. The online help center is a great resource. I am a smaller company with no HR department, therefore I need a lot of assistance (more than normal) as it is one of the many hats I wear. Easy Peasy APS

What do you like best? I like the fact that it is Clean and organized What do you dislike? What do you like best? We really like the amount of reports that are available to run, and that they are extremely customizable. The staff is also extremely helpful, they know who we are when we call in for something ( even remember our site numbers) and are always able to immediately answer questions, or help guide us through the steps to complete something.
