What do you like best? APS is easy to use and customer service answers all of my questions right away. The tablet app has allowed staff in multiple locations to clock in and out easily. What do you dislike? I wish the tablet app allowed staff to esign time cards instead of needing 2 logins for Eselfserve and the tablet app. What problems are you solving with the product? User Friendly Payroll System

What do you like best? From the HR perspective, our managers are able to easily navigate our biweekly payroll and timeclock for their employees. Reports are easy to pull and the customer service is prompt and reliable. What do you dislike? When an employee is out on leave and the status is changed in APS, they cannot be included in any upcoming payroll. What do you like best? The customer service team at APS is exceptional. What do you dislike? Website always kicks back to home screen. Kicks you out too quickly! Time clock and mobile site are finicky at times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Love that I can check at anytime to see exactly where we are with time and expense management. Great reporting features. Love not having to process W-2 forms!

What do you like best? I like that I almost always get an email notification and response within minutes usually from when I submit a question or concern . What do you dislike? My only dislike is I always seem to get responses from different people. It's helpful to work with the same person or two each time, that's what I prefer. What do you like best? APS payroll makes my life so much easier! It’s just so easy to login, start a payroll batch, plug in hours, tips, deductions, and submit it! I don’t ever need to mess with hand writing checks again! We doing nothing but direct deposit and even if they employee does not have a checking or savings account, APS has pay cards that I can issue so I can still not worry about checks! What do you like best? Very clean and organized payroll solution. Everything is in 1 spot, 1 website and you can see anything you need to with regards to payroll. It is easy to add employees, very straight forward. APS also does the 1095's for me, tracks reviews, benefits and accruals. What do you dislike? Uploading documents.
