What do you like best? APS works smoothly and incorporates everything I need into the system with few complications. Teaching yourself how to use it is simple and easy. What do you dislike? What do you like best? How customizable everything is for the needs of the company What do you dislike? Not so much dislike as overwhelming. There is a lot that you can do with APS and it can be difficult to fully utilize all of its potential. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Convenience in generating various reports, pulling up information, etc.

APS has made us so much more efficient.

What do you like best? Very user friendly and easy to roll out across an organization which currently had no online platform for payroll information. What do you dislike? The scheduling feature could use some improvements but it sounds like they are working on it. Recommendations to others considering the product: N/A What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Less time with manual entry and super easy to pull reports.

APS won out over all other HRIS platforms!

What do you like best? Ease of implementation. Support during transition from UltiPro. Depth of knowledge in payroll practices, all across the country. Especially the abilities to handle difficult California employment law- APS makes it a piece of cake! Simplicity of a unified plat form for the entire employee life cycle. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The simplicity of pulling reports, creating payroll and using the sight is a great feature for the busy payroll admin. What do you dislike? Reports were very confusing at first. They could be a little simpler, but after you figure them out it's easy enough. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The biggest benefit of having APS is not having to manually figure out taxes for W2 employees.

They have been very helpful and the experience for managers and staff is very positive.

What do you like best? A seamless cloud interface. I have processed payrolls from my home and from halfway around the country. All in all, our payroll generally takes me less than 10 minutes to process, provided my managers have properly checked and approved time. What do you dislike? We initially had a lot of trouble getting our QuickBooks exporting down in a way that correctly matched our classifications.
