So user friendly

Exactly what we needed
What do you like best? ATS and Onboarding together in one system and customizable features such as questionnaires and email responses. What do you dislike? I would like for new hires to be able to sign their new hire forms electronically officially, not just with font. I have to print everything out and have them sign original paperwork during orientation and this is annoying and time consuming. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Easy access to all paperwork, everything is right were it needs to be and very organized What do you dislike? What do you like best? Very easy to use. Huge help in tracking all of our applicants and the process. What do you like best? The best thing for me is how easy it is to move your candidates thru each stage during the hiring process . You can add notes , emails , etc very easily . What do you like best? I like having all of my applicants in one spot, the job postings that they do for me, and the ability to upload and create any onboarding documents I need. What do you dislike?
