What do you like best? Convenience; Applicant tracking; everything necessary for on-boarding in one place. Ability to customize email templates and questionnaires to send out. What do you dislike? Strange glitches with auto-emails when setting the stage for an applicant. Really Helpful Tool!

What do you like best? This expedites collaboration across multiple hiring personnel. What do you dislike? Sometimes downloading resumes is not very intuitive. But the information is all gathered in one place. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communication and delegation is significantly improved! We are able to move hiring and selection forward in a much more streamlined way!

Ease of access and use for hiring managers

What do you like best? I enjoy how clear and easy it is to use the system. The pipeline summary makes it easy to see exactly where a candidate is in the recruitment process and allows for coordination between multiple departments and human resources. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like how all sources of applicants get funnelled into one easy to search area. Highlighting potential candidates is easy and makes light of an often very time consuming task. Efficient, ease of use

What do you like best? Super easy to use. It keeps track of every applicant and the stage of the on boarding they are at. One of the best features is that it captures applicants, that for one reason or another didn't complete the application.
