Fair easy to use.

What do you like best? User friendly and simple to implement. Like the fact that it is posting to many job boards What do you dislike? I can't search inside a resume and I can't filter by location. What do you like best? The candidate list is easy to use. It shows the name and the position for which they are applying, which is helpful since I often have multiple openings at one time. What do you dislike? I would prefer that candidates be required to enter a salary requirement (disallow "negotiable" and that it always be in the same format, either hourly or annually. I dislike that I cannot look up candidates by phone number and that after I view an applicant and go back, the applications are out of the order they were previously in.
