Just Use Google sheets

What do you like best? It's free. That's about it. I mean you can get away with it if you rarely use spreadsheets. What do you dislike? Operating numbers is clunky and very unintuitive. A lot of necessary tools are either hidden or don't exist. Also almost every PC user has difficulty opening the files. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use Google sheets or Excel What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I ...

A happy experience without all the fuss.

What do you like best? That it isn't Excel. Seriously, Excel is a great product. But I don't need VBA with variables, conditions, and loops. Apple has a great looking spreadsheet interface that doesn't make me think I should be in my cubby space on the 22nd floor of some stuffy office complex. Probably the best feature Numbers has is the ability to EASILY have multiple tables and graphics on the worksheet. What do you dislike? That others don't use it. I regularly get the ...

Elegant spreadsheets

What do you like best? Numbers takes spreadsheets and manages to make them interesting. It takes the focus off the numbers and puts it on the presentation of useful information. What do you dislike? Presentation of data is more elegant an dvosually pleasing to an audience.

Lightweight CSV program

What do you like best? I use numbers daily & it saves tons of time on setting up new documents to submit music data. The digital music industry is all metadata & being able to streamline in Numbers is the most efficient way to get the job done! What do you dislike? It is really hard to dislike anything about numbers. The developers put in so much work to get every detail right for the users. Recommendations to others considering the product: This & the full Apple suite is a ...

It is a bit more cumbersome than Google Sheets or MS Excell Recommendations to others considering the product: Inexpensive, owned software (not leaseed as Microsoft Excel is) Ease of making charts for presentations. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It allows me to work offline to keep our production database current

Using Apple Numbers to Track Production.

What do you like best? The simplicity and ease of use in this software is outstanding. I love that all of the features are built in to the system. There are plenty of pre-loaded templates to choose from. Everything looks very clean and professional. What do you dislike? The only difficulties I find when using this product is the sharing capabilities when sharing between Mac and Windows users. However, it is easily reconciled using the Export to PDF feature. What problems are ...
