I get spam mail
I get spam mail, I thing was the companies and try to log inn but I didn’t get any where and after the I get a mail from the office

Relate 1099
Relate 1099, we have too many owners outside the USA, when I ran 1099 Folio they made 1099 instead of 1042 form to these all owners . I need to do it manually and scan and post it to the owner's portal. When I looking the portal I saw1099 to all the international owners, because when I ran 1099, Folio took everybody.

I have never been happier!
I have never been happier with a sales presentation or an onboarding process. AppFolio certainly goes above and beyond to make the onboarding process easy for their clients and the sales team is one I will never forget! The software is consistently adding new features and improvements to make the life of a property manager easier and much simpler. AppFolio is a great Property Management…
AppFolio is a great Property Management tool. I love that it has everything all in one place, from work orders to tenant conversations to building information. It really helps to have everything coordinated. I would recommend this program.

AppFolio is Great for New Hires
AppFolio is easy to use, they provide excellent training videos, for new hires and support for clients. We actually have each new hire, no matter the role, review AppFolio Basics training videos.
