We have been using AppFolio for a year…
We have been using AppFolio for a year now. It is a great software program and has pretty much eliminated all paperwork. Very easy to use and covers all of all the different circumstances that come up in the property management world. There customer service is fabulous!

AppFolio is the most advanced
AppFolio is the most advanced, user friendly and superior property management software available. We have used the top 3 PM software over the last 15 years and AppFolio is by far #1 in our opinion. The addition of Lisa (AI leasing partner) to our AppFolio has been great. Our tenants and owners appreciate our switch to AppFolio as does our office staff/onsite managers.

I have never been happier!
I have never been happier with a sales presentation or an onboarding process. AppFolio certainly goes above and beyond to make the onboarding process easy for their clients and the sales team is one I will never forget! The software is consistently adding new features and improvements to make the life of a property manager easier and much simpler.
