From a landlord perspective I hate…
From a landlord perspective I hate AppFolio. I've had multiple property managers using this software and they are unable to provide useful statements when God forbid someone pays rent early. Prepaid rents seem to be a huge problem for the property managers using AppFolio. My experience is only from a landlord perspective.

AppFolio Makes Mangement Easier. As an association manger AppFolio gives me the tools I need to do things quickly and all in one place. I have been using AppFoio since February 2022, I am a small business. Customer support is responsive.

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? The maintenance side of app folio is great. Residents can enter work orders on their portal. Schedule on the portal and check for updates.

The "what's new" section really shows that they listen to their users and are actively changing the platform to benefit their users. What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? It is easily accessible and clean to use. The staff is very helpful when there is a problem. There are many classes that can tell you how to use this program for everyday office use. It is so easy to get into and use daily.

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? Keeps tenant, owners and vendors organized. It calculates management fees and owner draws per what is entered into the property profile.

It is not geared for retail/office…
It is not geared for retail/office commercial property, the tenant portal asks tenants if the problem is in the kitchen, living room, bathroom and so on.
