What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? Work orders are easy to fill out and track. There are many reports to run and many ways to communicate with tenant via Appfolio portal. Very user freindly overall.

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? The thing I like best about Appfolio is being able to organize my properties that I manage. I can keep notes and schedule maintenance on my properties.

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? What is most helpful is that you can search on anything in the search bar - name, license plate, work order number etc. I also like that tenants can submit their rent electronically. Being able to message certain tenants, buildings, floors etc is also great. Having an app that is accessible anywhere is nice too.

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? I have used a few different management programs and thus far Appfolio has been the easiest to navigate. It is efficient and the tenant portal is great as well! I love how organized each page is and the "Tenant Tickler" is a great tool!

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? I like that it is easy to use. If you don't know the software, you can easily understand it. Its Help & Training section clarifies all the doubts that we may have and its customer service is speedy.
