"User Friendly"

What do you like best about AppFolio Property Manager? The web portal for each unit owner is fantastic. Loading up documents for the homeowners is so easy. Homeowners being able to see their ledger, make payments, obtain documents (i.e. forms, CCR's, By-Laws, Rules, etc..), is so great and helpful.
