It’s been almost 3 years that I’m using Animoto since there’s no other provider like them and I love this marketing toll so much. However it’s really sad that every question I asked regarding the renewal for membership, pricing or technical questions like using my own music for videos has remained unanswered.I’ve asked how to upload for example a piece from apple music that works on Animoto ( I even took a screen shot of the error) but seems no one cares.
