We've been using Amplitude in our B2B SaaS startup since our pre-launch days in 2017 and it is the only product usage analytics tool that we have kept since. Requires development resources to instrument. More complex to setup than similar tools like Google Analytics What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics? I love the retention chart feature and also the cohort feature. These helped us identify subsegments of our user base that are really engaged with our app. Using this insight, we were able to improve user retention significantly.
