What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics? I like being able to build out customer journeys and being able to pinpoint areas to address and optimise the product. I particularly like the user look up function which I have recommended to other members of the team to get used to Amplitude and the naming conventions of the metrics by going through specific customer journeys themselves. What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics? I can easily build and monitor the performance of my metrics at anytime. I can do the deep dive analysis to whatever anomaly I found on my metrics, as the data tracking is near real time. I can avoid any unnecessary loss, causing by the technical issue or human error.
