"Easy to understand your customer journey"

What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics? I enjoy being able to see which screen a customer visited and its parameters. It helps a lot in solving weird situations in production. Also being able to create dashboards with the same data is amazing. What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics? Its hard to search for specific events on the user lookup screen flow. I wanted to see how many customers saw an error or filter for specific situations, but is hard to find and to use. What ...

What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics? The customer service is great. Everyone I've met at Amplitude is prompt in their responses and service. I've enjoyed doing user tests with the team.
