Steeper learning curve for users and more comprehensive training videos needed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Easy to use for all cross-functional team members. Provide a range of tools to segment the data. One of my favorite is the ability to easily segment by cohorts and create fast views into our data based on our kpis. What do you dislike? Nothing at this point.
