For almost everything you want to analyze for your product, you can find a way to analyze it in Amplitude with their templates and charts. What do you like best? On the ball on alerting us on outages and monitoring alerts are very useful in helping us to detect bugs in events. What do you dislike? Steeper learning curve for users and more comprehensive training videos needed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Visibility of data and data transparency. Now everyone can understand how our users behave and act to improve it.

What do you like best? Easy to use for all cross-functional team members. Provide a range of tools to segment the data. One of my favorite is the ability to easily segment by cohorts and create fast views into our data based on our kpis. What do you dislike? Nothing at this point. Amplitude has been a great tool for us, we have started with them in 2019 so we are still digging deep on all the features and abilities, we have not encountered any blockers with the tool so far.
