I love being able to see funnel analyses and drop off points – I focus mainly on a signup process, so this is extremely helpful for me to identify failing points. What do you like best? The flexibility to measure literally anything, and how the platform simply extracts and organizes a lot of information by itself. Also, everything is fast and the UX is intuitive. I never need to look for more than 1 or 2 minutes to find out exactly what I was looking for. The docs are also top notch. What do you dislike? Some IA and navigation don't quite make sense (e.g. saved dashboards vs pinned dashboards, spaces).
