What do you like best? Ease of use, quickly showing me engagement What do you dislike? Want more functionality to customize charts What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We want to see how users are using our product without having to go talk to the analytics team each time. Before amplitude views would take hours to turn around, now they take seconds/minutes

What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics? It’s super easy to drag and drop and they have all the key event tracking charts like funnels and flows. What do you like best? Simple reports are very easy to build. Funnels and simple event count reports are very intuitive to get up and running quickly. Also plenty of help content on simple flow. What do you dislike? Report management can get a little overwhelming. If you don't stay on top of it, you can quickly have hundreds of reports all living on one page. What do you like best about Amplitude Analytics? Pathfinder and real time event tracking - really nice for testing on my own device What do you dislike about Amplitude Analytics? There is almost too much information/too many options that it makes it overwhelming What problems is Amplitude Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you? Identifying gaps in enrollment flows and identifying suspicious users. I have been able to use the pathfinder to see where the majority of "good" users go.
