What do you like best about Ambition? I like that it gives a visual aid for my team to utilize throughout the day, and have real time updates via the TV. We utilize the coaching tool regularly, and set competitions as well!

"AMBITION IS NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING!"
What do you like best about Ambition? It is as user-friendly as it is efficient! I am on Ambition at least 90% of my day - the reporting features are top tier, along with the leaderboards and scorecards. Our organization wouldn't run the same without it!

"It's very good but not very intuitive."
What do you like best about Ambition? It's very visual with the scores and offers ways to see the achievements and performance of the teams while at the same time offering interchangeable ways of calculating said scores. The integration with Salesforce is a huge plus since we don't need to add any of the users' activities manually.

What do you like best about Ambition? Being able to evaluate the actual performance towards the target with colors. Also, the ability to have clear visibility on the past activities and performance for the sales team

What do you like best about Ambition? Live updates and scoreboards. Coaching check-ins that are recorded in a single system. Reps enjoy competing against each other to see who is the best for a day, week, month.

What do you like best about Ambition? The Ambition TVs give my team a way to recognize each other in real-time while also having fun with anthems and GIF features! Give the front-line employees to engage more with Ambition i.e. TEAMs integration. Comment on a trigger or accomplishment or a coaching convo based on TV that links directly to the frontline employee's profile.

"Love Ambition!"
What do you like best about Ambition? Ambition is great - it's hard to just pick one thing. However, one of my most used and favorite features is the ability to be able to hold monthly/quarterly competitions for our sales/retention enterprise. As well as local competitions as well. It's been great for our team.

What do you like best about Ambition? The most helpful piece of using Ambition with my group of sales professionals is that they are armed with all the same data analytics that I use to help drive performance. They can see in real time how they are performing for any given period and adjust or continue to drive accordingly.
