What do you like best about Ambition? I used Ambition as an outside sales rep at my last job and found it extremely motivating to keep going throughout the day. I was always excited to check Ambition to see where I ranked amongst my peers, especially if I was having a great day/week and knew I would be at the top.

What do you like best about Ambition? Ambition keeps the team motivated -- top performers want to stay at the top, and bottom performers see that they need to pick up the slack.

What do you like best about Ambition? My favorite part is the Ambition triggers when reps get recognition for their accomplishments. It helps for everyone to know where they stand in the day/week/month. The triggers set off a video chosen by the rep. Most are music videos but sometimes they're funny too!

What do you like best about Ambition? Very user friendly, when you set a meeting your "anthem" plays over a speaker system so everyone else on the team knows you just booked a deal- great for sales motivation!
