"Incredible tool for coaching, motivation, and tracking goals!"
What do you like best about Ambition? I love the real time updating of number as the rep moves along the day. When a rep is at the top of the leaderboard an anthem plays for everyhone to see. It is also great for 1 on 1''s with managers.

What do you like best about Ambition? Ambition definitely helps me stay on track with my goals each week. I'm also very competitive so competing to be one of the top Ambition scoring reps definitely helps.

"Wonderfully motivating with very comprehensible metrics"
What do you like best about Ambition? It is so easy to see daily and monthly goals, as well as where you are in obtaining them. I also love to look at how other employees are doing for the day and month. I will find top performers and work to keep up with their metrics. It plays right to my competitive nature and makes work fun!
