"A pretty awesome TTS (Text to Speach)"
What do you like best about Amazon Polly? The way to handle Polly is pretty simple even when it uses an old XML format, it works pretty well and you can hear the voice even on phones or others pretty clearly. Sometimes it's not cheap but for projects that might not need to change the wording you can generate MP3 files, play them, and then just use Polly for specific dynamic sections, but remember that the voice still sounds really robotic, so maybe some of your clients are not going to like it.
