Awesome point-of sale system for dining establishments!

PROS: It's very user-friendly and the choices are specified by section that follows the operational process. It can also be spread in order to see more choices and it walks you through the necessary modifications when a product beeps in. CONS: It annoys me that I need to click the button for water every time a person takes it. I don't think that each dish should have to have a beverage with.

PROS: I can easily locate various meal products and it was very user-friendly. CONS: Ours might have been laggy. It stops to function oftentimes.

What do you like best? The Aloha POS system is extremely user friendly. My servers are able to quickly add in orders and adjust them as necessary. The end of the day reporting functions have been accurate and simple to read. What do you dislike? The initial set up was extremely difficult. Several times technicians came but no equipment had arrive at the location yet. In addition to the slow set up, it's taken over 3 months to be given the owner access to review sales without being at the ...

Has detailed functions and user-friendly

PROS: I love that I can easily configure and merge the tabs. I like that it can also easily print checks for patrons. It is definitely the most effective system I have used so far in restaurant business. CONS: I can't change the name after I start a tab. It's very annoying because not all establishments lets you modify a tab.

More than just a software, NCR Aloha

PROS: I definitely love how easy it is to do the adminstrative work and order fulfillment for all of our clients. CONS: I don't like that the creativity is restricted when modifying screen flows and introducing special programs. It becomes an obstacle when teaching our staff how to use it correctly and efficiently.

This is my most preferred POS among those I have used over the time in food and beverages industry

PROS: It has crashed very seldom. It was user-friendly and easy to configure for our tech team and even for our servers and managers. CONS: I am at the computer mostly and as its user, I have nothing to comment bad about it.
