Aloha POS Reviews in June 2026: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

This is my most preferred POS among those I have used over the time in food and beverages industry

PROS: It has crashed very seldom. It was user-friendly and easy to configure for our tech team and even for our servers and managers. CONS: I am at the computer mostly and as its user, I have nothing to comment bad about it.

So easy to use

PROS: This couldn't get any better. The best program that I have ever used. It's so easy like plug and play. Obviously intended for devices with touch display. CONS: Personally, there is nothing that I didn't like about this program.

What do you like best? Aloha was a very clean and simple system. Easy to learn and operate. What do you dislike? I don't remember specifically disliking a certain feature. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to submit food orders and manage seating arrangements for a restaurant.

"Decent POS, when it works"

What do you like best? Navigating Aloha is pretty easy, whether you’re taking an order at a terminal or checking sales/doing EOD office tasks. What do you dislike? Crashes often. Frequent connectivity issues as well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Aloha has made interactions with customers quicker and more pleasant, as cashiers are able to quickly move through screens when placing the order.

What do you like best? What I like best about the Aloha POS system is the ease of use. It is able to be changed easily, and is usually good to go. What do you dislike? What I dislike about the Aloha POS system is that it will often go offline, which hinders work. "Easy to learn in a matter of days "

What do you like best? Aloha is pretty much the same wherever you go. Most restaurants use it, so if I go to another establishment, I won’t feel behind because I’ll already know their system. Aloha is very user friendly with how big and bright it is, and it’s not cluttered like other systems I’ve used. What do you dislike? I’ve noticed that Aloha crashes more often than it should. I’m not sure if it’s the restaurant I’m working at’s fault, but I’ve seen it go down several ...
