From the start, all you've got to do is setup algolia with the keys from your project and configure the index to use from your app (We use Algolia with PHP - Laravel. What do you like best? I have built searches on lucene/solr/elasticsearch myself, but algolia has simplified everything for me and saved time for other stuff. What do you dislike? Nothing ate this moment. The price is a little bit high if you consider the exchange rate for brazil, but the service worth it.
