What do you like best? The way in which Algolia provides relevant alternatives if the customers preferred search is not available. What do you dislike? The way in which it is billed is hard to keep track of. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our search engine on our website was poor. Algolia has much improved this search and helped make our website more consumer friendly.

Simple to use but very powerful platform search

What do you like best? What I like most about Algolia is that it's very easy to set up and get running. Using Zendesk's connector, we were able to configure instant search on our knowledge base very quickly. Also, the added analytics on what people are searching for when they come to our site has helped us think about content gaps in our help documentation. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I have built searches on lucene/solr/elasticsearch myself, but algolia has simplified everything for me and saved time for other stuff. What do you dislike? Nothing ate this moment. The price is a little bit high if you consider the exchange rate for brazil, but the service worth it. What do you like best? Very easy to setup and personalize. From the start, all you've got to do is setup algolia with the keys from your project and configure the index to use from your app (We use Algolia with PHP - Laravel). One of the most useful settings available are the synonyms, that enable you to configure similar words to show relevant user the correct results.
