Alexandria has been a great automation solution for me.

I chose to switch to using Alexandria Library about 5 years ago and have always been happy with the program. Technical support is great, the program works without glitches, and it was easy to set up and use. I love having student pictures in the checkout screen so I know I am checking out books to the right student. Great customer service

I have had no problems with the Alexandria software, and their customer service is excellent!! The only issue I have ever had is trying to inventory - I wish there was an easier way to do that.

We have used this software for the past 3 years, it is user friendly and makes cataloging books very easy.

Powerful and pleasant to use

First, I have to admit, I haven't used any other library software, so I can't make a comparison. However, I feel that Alexandria enables me to do what needs to be done quickly and easily. Reports, labels, book records, circulation records and much more are simple to do. When I did run into a snag, customer service was quickly to my rescue.

I have been using Alexandria Library Automation Software for eight years and am very pleased with both the software and the tech support that I have received. I am the Librarian in a K-8 school and Alexandria is patron-friendly no matter the age of the student.
